How Do I pay?

You can pay by bank transfer, debit card or Paypal. All payment information can be found in your invoice. A £150 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order and keep the date in my diary. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event date, at which point all changes must be confirmed. Orders placed less than 30 days in advance of the event date must be paid in full.

Orders are only confirmed once I have received a deposit or full payment, and signed terms and conditions.

DO YOU DELIVER?/ CAN I COLLECT?

Delivery and set up of wedding cakes, tiered and large cakes within the M25 costs £50. Deliveries outside of London will be calculated by distance. Delivery of cakes that do not require set up will be quoted accordingly.

Cakes can be collected from my South London address. Cakes will be packaged ready for safe transportation. Once the cake is in your hands I can’t accept responsibility for them, so travel carefully.

For wedding cake orders I advise clients to let us handle the delivery, to give you the piece of mind that you deserve on your wedding day.

WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

ASAP to avoid disappointment. My diary books up quickly, especially in the busy summer months.
 

HOW MUCH WILL MY CAKE COST?

All my cakes are made bespoke to order so I don’t have fixed prices. You can view my Price Guide to get an idea of how much my cakes cost. Please contact me through the Contact page and I will be happy to provide you with a quote.

What if i have dietary requirements?

No problem! I can cater for most allergens. You can contact me through the Contact page to let me know about any dietary requirements you may have. All my cakes are vegetarian and do not contain alcohol. My cakes are produced in premises where I also use nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs, soya, wheat (gluten), so cakes may contain trace elements of these allergens.
